GENERAL INFORMATION



WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We welcome all artists and food vendors to apply and encourage the participation of artists and craft persons to this community celebration.


SELECTION PROCESS:

Our objective is to select vendors whose merchandise will sell well at our Festival and whose merchandise will fit well with the overall theme of our farm. Items that are vintage, antique, salvaged, retro, industrial and repurposed. Also, artisan made, fresh modern and upscale. We support small independent businesses. Please note that we try to limit the specific type of similar items to help ensure a successful festival to those vendors participating. 
 

HOURS OF OPERATION :
All booths must be open for business Saturday 10 am to 6 pm.

Vendors are expected to be present during the duration of the festival.

Festival load-in will be Friday 2 pm to 9 pm, and Saturday 8 am - 9 am.



BOOTH SIZES AND COST:
STANDARD (inside barn)  Booth spaces are 10’ x10’  and cost $100.
DOUBLE Booth spaces (inside barn) are 10’ x 20’ and cost $200.  (LIMITED NUMBER AVAILABLE)

Booth fees are non-refundable

Outside booth space will be available as overflow for $75



APPLICATION PROCESS:

Please fill out application using button below. Include 3-4 pictures of your merchandise / booth space. These pictures will be featured on our Facebook page.

If your application is accepted we will contact you within 14 days with an invoice due within 30 days. We cannot secure your booth space until your payment has been received.

Event Summary:
This is our second annual lavender festival at our farm.The festival will include U-Pick lavender, children activities and games for all ages.  Food, drinks, and artisan vendors inside the barn. This will be a one day festival. Vendor booths will be open from 10-6 pm.
